What Happens When I Call?

Occasionally, our PBX has to locate us, so we supply a bit of jazz for the few seconds it can take to send your call through.

This first call is a fact finding mission for you and us. Let’s talk about your project on our dime. It’s as easy as 1,2,3.

  • We want to get to know you. If, at the end of the call, there is a mutual interest, then we arrange either a face to face or web conference meeting with you to explore the project further. That takes up between 1 and 3 hours of your time and ours and you’re still on our dime.
  • After that meeting, if we are still interested in each other, we will put together our proposal and send it over. You can review it for up to 10 days.
  • If that proposal is of interest, we will meet with you to build a statement of work to solidify our relationship. We generally give you a week to review the SOW and make changes once it is hammered out. Then we write the charter. When it is signed, we will start work and the clock. We will bill you in thirds, the first when we sign the project charter, the second prior to midpoint and the final third prior to the last phase. The last third allows for a 5% holdback due at project completion.

Once started, we will engage you daily in 10 minute scrum meetings during the course of the project so that our team and yours work together to remove roadblocks and avoid the surprises that come with less frequent communication.

Our dashboards are available online for you to review at anytime. You can see our iterations, velocity, stories, impediments, task boards, backlog and burn down charts 24×7.  You have our team leader’s cell number for direct contact anytime you have questions.
